The BEST Detox Water

I don’t know about you but I need to hit the “reset” button! I totally overindulged in EVERYTHING over the past week. This water works for me EVERY TIME. Cucumber, mint, lime (or lemon) and recently a splash of ACV (apple cider vinegar) into a gallon of water. Reduces bloat, decreases fatigue, hydrates your skin from the inside out. It’s time to detox!! 🥒🍋🌱This is the real flat tummy formula!! 

Recipe: I use 2-3 mini cucumbers - sliced in long, horizontal slices. Then, I use about 8 mint petals. Juice half of a lime. And add a capful of ACV. All of that goes into a pitcher along with a gallon of water. I refrigerate it overnight. And then drink it over 1-2 days. I leave all of the ingredients in the pitcher, along with the water until its finished but I only drink the water. If you need it, make another gallon. Watch salt and definitely sugar intake during this time. ♥️♥️♥️
