#BrunchBunch - Cherry Bombs
Made Cherry Bombs today for brunch! Prosecco, smashed cherries, lemon juice and little simple syrup. Similar to @peanutbutterpluschocolate’s recipe but minus the maple syrup and thyme. Sooo delicious!!!
Perfect for sunny days when work is canceled. ☀️☀️

* 3/4 cup fresh cherries pitted
* 2-3 or to taste tbsp maple syrup
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* Prosecco
* thyme sprigs
* ice
Instructions
* Place the pitted cherries, syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and smash until juices release. OR place into a food processor or blender and blend well. If you like cherry chunks (I’m totally into it) then distribute into 4 serving glasses OR use a fine mesh strainer to remove the cherry pieces. * Add ice to the glass and top with Prosecco. Serve with fresh thyme sprigs.
